The exact same configuration would run you about $2,000 at Lenovo. The Yoga Pro is perhaps the best overall consumer laptop to come from Lenovo. Sure, it might not be as powerful as a Legion Pro, but it’s more practical for daily use, has better build quality, a better display, more premium aesthetics, and can still reasonably play most games at 1080p resolution with its RTX 40 series GPU.

The Yoga Pro 9i is a laptop you wouldn’t mind carrying around since it weighs 5.07 pounds and measures just 0.81 inches in depth. The chassis consists of an aluminum unibody frame that gives it durability without added weight. It also features a gorgeous high-resolution 16″ 3200×2000 Mini-LED display with touchscreen capability and a very high 1,200nits of brightness that makes it usable even in sunlight.
Under the hood, the Yoga Pro 9i is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor – the most powerful Meteor Lake mobile processor currently available – and an RTX 4060 mobile graphics card with a 100W TGP rating. The RTX 4060 is no slouch and performs right in between the last generation’s RTX 3070 and RTX 3070 Ti, however, you’ll have to keep your expectations in check. The native 3.2K resolution is a very demanding resolution and the RTX 4060 will struggle with newer, more demanding games, so I would strongly recommend dropping it down to 1080p and enabling DLSS in order to hit a consistent 60fps frame rate while gaming. Older games like League of Legends and Fortnite should run fine.
