Neil Patrick Harris’ Family Halloween Costumes: Pics
Neil Patrick Harris is always in costume as an actor, but his family is known for sporting the best Halloween costumes every October.
Harris and his husband, David Burtka, have been dressing up their twins, Harper and Gideon — whom they welcomed in 2010 — from an early age. In 2013, the family made their group costume debut as characters from Alice in Wonderland, with Harper dressed as Alice, Gideon as the White Rabbit and Neil and David as Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
Over the years, they continued their annual pop culture-themed outfits with costumes inspired by Batman, Star Wars, Hollywood stars, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, fast food chains and more.
Prior to unveiling their 2021 horror movie villain costumes, Harris exclusively told Us Weekly that his kids were “still on board” with the annual tradition despite getting older. “There’s a lot of barter at the moment,” he added.
